David Carstairs-Weir has international experience in Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property. He holds an Honours BA, Honours LLB, and an Honours LLM in International Commercial Law & Intellectual Property Law. David began his career with Smart & Biggar in Montreal, followed by Allbright Law in Shanghai, the Crone Law Group in San Francisco, and Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) in Vancouver.
